Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3.3 Pricing & Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Flat rate of $12.95. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Package Securely: Return item in original packaging with all accessories. Write the RMA number on the outside.
3. Ship: Send to: Wigs Online Shop Returns, 4571 Crestview Manor, Indianapolis, IN 46278 USA. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
4. Processing: Inspection takes 3-5 business days after receipt.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

• Timeline: 5-10 business days after we process the refund (timing depends on your bank/PayPal).
• Currency conversion differences are subject to your payment provider’s policies.
