Our Return & Exchange Promise

We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. All items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

✨ Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: To ensure the health and safety of all our clients, certain personalized or hygienic-sensitive items cannot be returned or exchanged. Based on our product range, this includes:

  • Hair Colorant & Developer (Due to their chemical nature and potential for mixing/use).
  • Hair Coloring Tools (For hygiene reasons).
  • Opened or used containers of Cream & Pomade, Conditioner, Foam & Mousse, or any Hair Care/Body Care products.
  • Any item that is not in its original, saleable condition (e.g., cut, styled, or installed wigs or braids).

All Half Wigs, Human Hair Blend Wigs, Human Hair Wigs, Braids, and Faux Locs are eligible for return/exchange provided they are in pristine, unused condition with the original cap and packaging.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)
